1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the United States. Rates and delivery estimates may vary for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Pure State Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. International Shipping
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand shipping availability — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pure State Wellness is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in the address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@purestatewellness.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@purestatewellness.com within 7 days so we can assist you. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.
