This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website purestatewellness.com (the "Site"), owned by Helium AG, S.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Spain, through which products are sold under the brand Pure State Wellness, primarily to customers in the United States.

Access to the Site is free of charge, except for the cost of the telecommunications connection supplied by the user's own internet access provider. Use of the Site grants the user status and constitutes full acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice.
