REFUND POLICY

At Pure State Wellness, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pure State Wellness purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Because our products are dietary supplements intended for consumption, we do not require you to return the physical product for hygiene and safety reasons — simply contact us at support@purestatewellness.com with your order number to request your refund.

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation.
  • One refund per customer, per product, is honored under this guarantee.
  • Orders must have been purchased directly through purestatewellness.com.

3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@purestatewellness.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purestatewellness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, including shipping.

5. Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed and fulfilled quickly, we can only cancel or modify an order within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@purestatewellness.com if you need to make a change.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of suspected abuse of this policy, including repeated refund requests from the same customer or account.

7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described in Section 4.
